I had this program called "defender.exe" downloaded onto my computer from a popup. Help!?

It's this fake virus scan program that pretends you have deadly worms and stuff on your computer, so I restarded my computer and deleted the file before it could start up. I am also running a virus scan through Comodo. Is there anything else I should do or am I ok?
