Does he hate me or like me?

i've liked a boy for a while now but he treats me differently to other girls in a bad way, with other girls he's casual and he hugs them and stuff. And with me he'll call me fat and smile and wait for a reaction and tease me by trying to trip me up and barge into me, but if sometimes he thinks he's made me upset by calling me fat he'll say he's joking, also I always catch him facing me staring, does he hate me?
