Does anyone know the best paint to use to paint a 1987 popup camper that has a fiberglass body?

I purchased a 1987 Starcraft Constellation popup camper and want to take it from the brownish beige color to white. I also need to remove the old decals which I understand I need to sand off and clean the adhesive off. What is the best paint to use on the body? Everything I have seen is for a metal body but the body of mine is fiberglass. What kind of primer would work best or is one even needed? Use spray or roller? Any help would be appreciated.
