Why is my google chrome not working?

I woke up this morning trying to go on facebook using my google chrome *because its faster than my actual internet* and a popup tells me that my computer thought it was a virus or something and isn't letting me use it. So I try to uninstall it, but another popup tells me that I have google chrome windows opened. So I restart my whole computer *thinking that if I did, maybe my computer wouldn't act so crazy.. But it still doesn't let me uninstall it ... help?
