HELP! with resetting ipod?

I jailbroke my ipod touch 4th gen about one month ago. I just downloaded like 2 apps with using cydia, yesterday installulous was working fine but today the apps on the store just won’t load, so I tried to re-install it, but I couldn’t add the source: cydia.hackulo.us to cydia. A popup appeared saying that the connection had timed out, while it was connected to wifi and the signal was strong. I've started having some issues with my wifi card because sometimes it will take forever to load pages and sometimes pages loaded seamlessly. I also tried to open the angry birds app (which i did buy on the appstore) but it wouldn’t open, just hours ago it worked fine but now it won’t open, in fact none of the apps opened, so I decided that the solution might be resetting my ipod. I reseted it through my ipod, not though itunes. I did that about 30 minutes ago, at first the device turned off and then I got a blank white screen, then when it got back on the apple logo appeared and then the skull shaped apple from the jailbreaking appears which is normal, but the it doesn’t change. Every 10 min i get the same white screen and the apple logo all over again. But the screen stays static at that skull shaped apple logo. I’m afraid I just screwed up my ipod.
