BAD COMPUTER VIRUS, HELP?

Alright, I might have an idea, but I've only tried this three times on other peoples computers and it worked once. Try going to start-->search and typing in the name of the malicious software and deleting any files related to it. That might get rid of the blocking of the .exe programs, or get rid of it all together. One thing though, it may give you a message that says "Can not delete file. Make sure it is not in use." If it says that, and your not gonna like this, all hope is lost. But i have a way for you to get online, i wouldn't suggest it though. If it gives you a link to purchase the security software, click it, that will let you online. Then try finding a program that blocks malware, if you can get that onto your computer, it will prevent it from preventing you from opening .exe programs. (read it over several times, it will make sense eventually) Then you can run malwarebytes. If it doesn't have a link, then your gonna have to wipe your hard drive.
