Can I sue a software company for popups?

I recently wiped my computer and now I am receiving popups from Norton anti-virus telling me to register. I do not wish to register with Norton however I cannot make these popups go away. Do I have any legal grounds to sue them for lost time and harassment due to these annoying popups? If so would the settlement be so minuscule that it would not be worth pursuing at all?
