What can happen if you got raw sewage in your mouth and open sores?

I went with my husband to a service call and the sewage line busted and sprayed me head to toe with this raw sewage, i currently have open sore on my arms not sure what they are, and i got it in my mouth and eyes. do i need to contact my Dr. or even be worried?
