SVCHost.EXE (User name = system) using space?

Ok so i had a run in with a virus and the Blue screen of death im still dealing with it, but ive noticed that i get popups as well as i am seeing my SCVHOST.EXE File using anywhere between 40-60% of computer space under task manager. Is there a fix for this or is it my computer taking a crap because of a virus outbreak.
