Restoring Ipod from backup, estimated time remaining?

Okay so i finally got my ipod to restore after several attempts, and i clicked restore from back up " beckylee's Ipod" which was my ipod with all my songs on it, and a popup comes up saying " restoring Ipod from backup, estimated time remaing..." With a little loading bar with the green thing going across, It doesnt show me an actual time and it has been restoring for a long time. My actual ipod also says " Restoring in progress. What should I do? No my ipod was not jailbroken. Please Help!
