I have a Samsung camera and it won't load my pictures onto my computer.?

All the other times it was working fine. i know it's not my usb cord because it loads. i know it has something to do with my computer. a popup doesn't even show up an I went onto "my computer" to see if there was anything there and there was nothing. Can someone please help because this is getting frustrating :(
