How to get rid of a Dell Datasafe popup?

I have been having a problem with a popup on the bottom right corner of my screen, blocking part of it. It is an advertisement for Dell Datasafe Backup and it gives me options to either visit the site, be reminded later, or not be reminded at all. I keep clicking "do not remind me" and it goes away, but then comes back about 20 seconds later. How can I get rid of it once and for all, its driving me insane!!!!
