04 mazda rx8 popup dvd nav screen only popping up half way and not turning on?

so my rx8 i left the key on over night by accident and killed the batery when i recharged the batery i went to turn on the flip up indash screen and it only pops up half way and doesnt turn on please dont tell me its dead

Now he might not like it at first but it sounds like to me that the bird hasn't had a good spray with the water bottle.....get a spray bottle and put it about half way between a mist and stream.....if he has had this done before it won't startle him....even if he tries to evade the water spray him...it might take a couple of times but he will soon come to love it...I have a pair of wild caught Yellow Napes, at first they were scared of the spray...as soon as they got used to it they loved it...when they see me with my spray bottle they hang from the tops of their cages with their wings down much like a cockatiel does......also give him plenty of black oiler sunflower seeds (one heaping tbs a day)....they will help his new feathers as they come in...the old feathers are what they are...once they are grown completely in there isn't much you can do other than to give baths..........

Can my landlord raise my rent (NJ)?

So I've just signed a lease with 3 other guys (four total) and have been living there for two weeks (it is a 4 BR apartment in NJ)... When my landlord came by two of us had girlfriends there, brinigng the total to 6 people living there...now my GF is only living there two months while the other girl is going to live there for a year... Now my landlord got in touch with me today and said that a 'tenant' is defined as someone living there for a total of 30 days, consecutive or not, out of the year and if thats the case that they have to be added to the lease. This i can understand an am OKAY with. My question is the landlord is also requesting that we pay extra money per month per additional tenant...now the lease specifically states our rent and the Landlord only pays cold water and sewage for utilities and there are no provisions about how many people can live there etc... can my landlord request this raise? also does the landlord hold the right to simply say our girlfriends cant live there?

It is the views of most of the people that there is corruption in India in all States weather there is UPA Govt.or other than UPA Govt.and All the Ruling parties treat with the people like the incidance happend in Ram Lila Ground on 4 th June 2011 at mid night but the way may be different i.e. people have to struggle for water,sewerage,electricity,unbrocken roads,allotment of house nos,voting rights etc.

What can I do about my unlivable housing conditions?

I have been renting a home in missouri for about 9 months now and my landlord is beginning to become a problem. When we moved in there was one room and bathroom that were to be his "fall project" last year. needless to say he hasn't attempted to fix either room. the spare bedroom has mold and mushrooms on the ceiling and floor as a result of the roof leaking (which was abother fall project) We don't have have a septic tank so all of our sewage runs off into the field next to us. I don't know if that deems my home unlivable but I just don't know what my options are anymore, we never signed a lease it was a verbal month to month agreement so the only thing I have in writing are rent receipts. someone help!! what can I do??

Does my computer have a virus?

I downloaded the SNES emulator SNES9x from CoolROMs.com for about a week and then deleted it. I also downloaded a few ROMS for it an deleted those as well. However, I've noticed that in my program files there are files with the SNES9x icon that pertain to different programs. Ex: In my itunes folder there are 3 files that have the SNES9x icon but are labeled the actual program name (IpodUpadaterExt, ItunesMiniplayer, ItunesOutlookAddin). I haven't noticed any serious slowing down of my computer, popups, or errors...however, just the fact that these icons are all over my computers ProgramFiles, ProgramFile(x86), and Windows folders makes me uncomfortable. Again, no serious slowing down, errors, or random shutdowns, but is it worth spending some money to have it looked at. Also, i have Avast Free Antivirus and it hasn't picked up any virus. However, I understand it's only a free version and not as effective as the pro versions.
